Seam polishing and stem streching machines

The seam polishing technology has been developed for Zwiesel Kristallglas AG (Schott Zwiesel).  Based on this technology, we have also developed a stem pulling machine which can produce up to 60 glasses with a drawn handle per minute.  The first seam polishing machine has been in use in prototype  design for more than 20 years.  With over 25 years of experience in the construction of burners for fusion we have the necessary know-how.  Our qualified production staff carry out the commissioning on site.

 

  • The following seams can be fused:
  • - Bottom seam
  • - Stem seam
  • - Ring seam between stem and bottom
  • - Transition between cup and stem
  • - Ring seam around the bottom

  • Loading and unloading of 3 glasses at a time
  • Up to 60 glasses per minute
  • You can work with either natural gas / oxygen or hydrogen / oxygen per processing station
  • The seam is positioned by means of a specially developed sensor
  • Each station can compensate for the height differences (glasses with cap) through a patented system
