Cooling conveyor loader
The product of continuous further development in the production of Zwiesel crystal glass is a specially developed loader that optimally transports rows of glass onto the cooling belt. Among other things, this optimisation is ensured by the fact that the rows of glass are inserted by means of a servo-axis and the last piece moves with a synchronous speed to the cooling belt.

Cooling conveyor unloading
The product of continuous further development in the production of Zwiesel crystal glass is a specially developed unloading system, that optimally removes the rows of glass from the cooling belt and positions them on the conveyor belts for post-processing. Here, a typical portal system is used. Both stem and beakers can be optimally handled with the beam gripper.
